| Since it was founded in 1990, Pinnacle Properties has developed
fine properties in the Louisville area, such as Eagle Creek,
Holly Pointe and Glenmary Patio Homes. Single family developments
include Falls Creek,Wolf Pen Woods and Autumn Ridge. Also,
office developments in Springhurst, Charlestown Crossing,
Greenway Commons, Evergreen and Eastgate.
Pinnacle Properties’ success is attributed to the
hands-on style of its partners, Chris Knopf and John Miranda.
Both are registered home builders and have a total of 47
years experience in the development and construction fields.
Pinnacle is currently developing and building Silver Oaks,
a 250-lot single family development on Billtown Road in
the Jeffersontown area. In addition, they are developing
the newest phase of Eastgate office park with 17 buildings
and have announced plans to develop Summit Ridge, a 66 luxury
home site on Springdale Road, and Ledgewood, with 17 new
homes in Fern Creek.
